Is Vitamark International a Next-Generation “Streamlined” Company?
Vitamark is definitely a next-generation company. This came about as a direct result of the experience of my partners and me in our first company which was an older style, traditional company. We generated over a Billion dollars in sales and it was a good company, but it was not a next-generation company.
As we grew into a larger company, we began to realize the future would be “owned” by those companies that had the vision to accept a new paradigm evolving in network marketing.
Companies that embraced technology, reduce excessive overhead, moved away from huge asset and luxury loading, cut all the unnecessary “fat” and focused instead on packing resources into the pay plan, would be those companies that succeeded in the new millennium.
At Vitamark we have exactly that type of infrastructure. It’s highly automated, efficient and streamlined, which allows us to put more money into the pay plan for the distributors than any other network marketing company I know.
While many non-optimized companies take money out of the pay plan as they grow, we have actually added to the pay plan four times in the last five years, and we have plans to add even more in time. By rewarding those who actually do the work, building the sales organization (insures a growing organization). And, after all, thats’s only fair!
Where do you see Vitamark in the next 5 years?
I believe in five years we’ll be acknowledged for taking an obscure “distributors first” business model and popularizing it amongst millions of people worldwide who want to ‘own their lives.’ With time, it will prove to be ‘self-evident’ and those who failed to adapt will be scrambling to catch up.
I think we are already one of the fairest companies in the industry with a stellar reputation and we are on our way to being one of the biggest. But, being a big company certainly takes a secondary place to being one of the most lucrative for builders. We love seeing our leaders succeed and seeing them grow wealthy. It’s happening right now and it will only accelerate as we move forward.
